Day 1: Arrive & Settle into Kingston -
Kingston is the capital city of Jamaica. It is located on the southeastern coast of the island. There are two major sections to this city: 'downtown' and 'uptown,' also referred to as 'New Kingston
Arriving Jamaica- Arrive and settle into your hotel, hostel or guest house.
After sunset, head over for dinner.
Day 2, 3 & 4: Welcome to Kingston city.
Tour the city, uptown and downtown. Enjoy Lime Kay, a beach off the coast of Port Royale take a boat from Port Royal fisherman to the island. Island is famous as the location for final scene in The Harder they Come. Crowded party spot on the weekends with food and drinks.
Enjoy the beach - Drink it in the view from the beach !
Visit Mandela Park,
Bob Marley Museum. The museum itself is an attraction as it was once Bob Marley's home and recording studio; The house is a preserved historical site, so even the bullet holes from the attempted murder of Bob Marley remain. He lived here until his death in 1981.
Visit Hope Botanical Gardens: the Largest Botanical Garden in the Caribbean.
Visit Arawak Museum (Taino Museum). A small museum with artifacts and information about the original inhabitants of the island, the Arawak (or Taino)
Indians.
Parade's Coronation Market on weekends, where you can buy fruit and vegetables from across the island.
Mingle with the locals, enjoy Kingston's nightlife, bars and nightclubs and restaurants. Taste local Jamaican food, like street food bbq Jerk Chicken, other popular Jamaican dishes include curry goat, fried dumplings, ackee and salt fish (cod) (which is the national dish of Jamaica) ackee and salt fish (ackee is Jamaica’s national fruit; the salt fish is dried codfish) and ital stew (a rich and creamy vegetarian stew made with coconut milk); Escoveitch fish (spicy). (fried fish pickled in vinegar and spices).or fried plantain and Jamaican rum (Appleton Rum). Also, Blue Mountain Coffee. Curried mutton (goat). Roasted corn.
Fruit: sample fruits like Mangoes, sugar cane, paw-paw (papaya), guava, june plum, jackfruit, star apples, guinep, naseberries...
Day 5, 6 & 7: Blue Mountains with 4x4 car
The Blue Mountains form the longest mountain range in Jamaica.
Arrive early and settle in to your hostel or guest house. Beautiful surrounding with mountains all around and explore the area.
Wake up early at night to climb the Blue Mountains more than 7,000 ft. high and see a beautiful sunrise above the clouds and the mountains; On a clear day, the outline of the island Cuba can be seen; a small trek afterwards. These diverse mountain forests have more than 800 species of endemic plants, the world’s second largest butterfly, Papilo homerus, 200 species of resident and migrant birds and is one of the largest migratory bird habitats in the Caribbean. There are also more than 500 species of flowering plants.

Day 7, 8 & 9: Ocho Rios (Spanish for "Eight Rivers") is a town on the north coast of Jamaica.
Visit Dunn's River Falls. Dunn's River Falls is a famous waterfall near Ocho Rios, Climbing the waterfalls is a popular tourist activity, the climb is relatively easy. At about 180 feet (55 m) high the waterfalls are terraced like giant natural stairs. It was used for location footage in the first James Bond
film Dr. No in 1962.
The town has restaurants, night clubs in Margaritaville and Dolphin Cove, where tourists swim and interact with dolphins.
Day 10 to Day 14: Montego Bay
It is a tourist destination with duty free shopping, a cruise line terminal and several beaches. The city is backed by picturesque low mountains.
Visit the Baywest Shopping Center in Montego Bay. Enjoy the turquoise water and beach of resort town Montego Bay, sun and sand !
Doctor's Cave Beach Club, Montego Bay is one of the most famous beaches in Jamaica. It is noted for its crystal-clear turquoise waters and near-white sand. Its sheltered location provides calm waters encouraging even the most diffident swimmers to practice safely.
Montego Bay Sea Trek Adventure or enjoy a wide variety of attractions that are available.
